ケニア人スタッフ企画のセミナー。多国籍スタッフが働く職場で、どうすればチームワーク力を高めることができるか。締めの挨拶を賜りました。違いは受け入れるしかない。

Asante sana, all staffs.

We are a big family.

Each member has different values because values are based on experience since birth.

There are experience gaps, generation gaps, and JICA Family has cultural gaps between Kenya and Japan.

Accept the difference. Love the difference.

Do you remember? I said in Youtube you cannot change other people. I cannot change you. But I can change myself. You can change yourself.

Accept the difference. Love the difference. That’s not so difficult. We can start from yes. We can start from smile. We can start from changing our habits.

Then our bonds will definitely be stronger. Then each members will grow with more confidence. Then we can contribute more to the development of Kenya.

Let’s take action together. We can do it.
